Motorola MCC 7500E Features
Take It With You
The MCC 7500E IP Dispatch Console provides a full console interface experience anywhere inside or outside of your radio network. It can operate as a permanent, backup or mobile solution, with full console functionality. Whether for a planned event or immediate emergency response, command a wealth of information for high-impact results. Connect to responders with voice, Talkgroup Text Message and tone communication on ASTRO® 25 trunked and conventional systems.
Physical Space Evolution
The MCC 7500E IP Dispatch Console platform utilizes the HP Z2 Mini workstation and the optional Audio Interface Module (AIM). The ultra-small form factor console platform occupies 165 cubic inches of physical space, an overall 90% reduction from previous offerings. The physical space evolution is perfectly suited for cramped command centers that are looking to have best-in-class dispatching capabilities without all the extra weight.
Flexible Peripheral Options
The MCC 7500E IP Dispatch Console can be deployed with or without the Audio Interface Module (AIM). When deployed without the AIM, you can use Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) equipment such as speakers, microphones, headset and footswitch. Any of these peripherals can be connected to the MCC 7500E IP Dispatch Console via standard USB ports.
High Availability Dispatch Console
The optional redundant ETHERNET connection protects against the loss of multiple dispatch positions due to a LAN switch failure. The MCC 7500E automatically detects the failure and initiates a seamless switchover. No need to perform manual intervention, allowing dispatchers to remain focused on the task at hand. This feature ensures no interruption in the dispatching operations.
Enhanced Dispatch Console Telephony Capability
The MCC 7500E IP Dispatch Console provides an optional console telephony capability seamlessly built within the console, making management of radio and telephony communications easy and simple. The dispatcher can quickly and easily interface communications between radio users and traditional phone lines. Quickly patch a telephone user into a radio talkgroup or put them on hold directly within the dispatch console.

Because Ease of Use Makes for More Effective Support
Based on a modernized, intuitive approach to the legacy Gold Elite graphical user interface (GUI), the MCC 7500E console GUI minimizes training time and is easily adoptable by new and veteran dispatchers alike. Purposed-design workflows, critical resource information displays and contextual right-click menus make operation feel natural and increase efficiency.

Built on the ASTRO 25 Foundation of Security and Reliability
The success of your operations relies on the communication of often-times sensitive information. End-to-end encryption protects information in transit and agency partitioning goes a step further to help maintain autonomy of communications within a single system. Furthermore, reliability features like link and resource polling, coupled with the inherent reliability of your ASTRO 25 system, ensures that critical information can always be communicated to the field.
